YOGA JUNKIE PURCHASE POLICY
At The Yoga Junkie, transparency and fairness guide every booking.
This policy outlines how payments, deposits, credits, and vouchers are handled for all classes, workshops, events, and retreats.
1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
A booking is confirmed only once full payment or a stated non-refundable deposit has been received and you have received written or digital confirmation.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable, except where an event is cancelled by The Yoga Junkie.
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments can be made securely online via our booking system, by debit or credit card, or approved bank transfer.
By making a purchase, you agree to the Yoga Junkie Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy, and Waiver.
2. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & GIFT CARDS
Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at the time of booking. They cannot be added retrospectively.
Only one discount or promotional code can be used per purchase.
Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and valid until their stated expiry date. They can be used as full or part payment for eligible services.
3. CREDITS & TRANSFERS
Class credits and packages are valid only for the duration stated at purchase. Expired credits cannot be reactivated or refunded.
Credits are non-transferable between clients unless explicitly approved by The Yoga Junkie.
In compassionate circumstances (e.g. illness or bereavement), extensions or transfers may be considered at our discretion, but are not guaranteed.
4. PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS
Multi-class passes and memberships are for individual use only.
Missed or late-cancelled sessions are deducted from your allowance.
Memberships must be paid in full according to the agreed schedule. Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. WORKSHOPS, EVENTS & RETREATS
Workshops and retreats require full payment or a non-refundable deposit to secure your place.
The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date unless otherwise specified.
Deposits cannot be transferred, credited, or refunded under any circumstance, unless the event is cancelled by The Yoga Junkie.
For overseas retreats, you are responsible for arranging appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellations, illness, or disruption.
6. REFUNDS
Refunds follow our Cancellation Policy.
Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days, minus any non-recoverable processing fees.
No refunds are issued for unused class passes, late cancellations, or no-shows.
7. ERRORS & DISPUTES
In the event of an administrative or pricing error, The Yoga Junkie reserves the right to correct the error and offer either a full refund or an alternative booking.
Chargebacks raised without valid cause may result in suspension from future bookings.
8. CANCELLATIONS BY THE YOGA JUNKIE
The Yoga Junkie may amend or cancel a class, workshop, or retreat due to low numbers, instructor illness, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, participants will be offered a transfer, credit, or full refund of monies paid, including any deposit.
The Yoga Junkie is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or third-party costs.
9. AGREEMENT
By purchasing from The Yoga Junkie, you acknowledge that:
You have read and agree to this Purchase Policy.
You understand all deposits are non-refundable.
You accept the accompanying Cancellation Policy, Waiver, and Terms & Conditions as part of this agreement.
