Everything I offer is designed to speak to your nervous system, not your ego. Through sound journeys that bypass the thinking mind, we access the quieter, deeper places the ones language often misses. I hold space for grief, not only the obvious losses but the hidden ones too, the ones we carry silently. I support women navigating menopause with care rooted in movement, mindset, and nourishment.
Through practices like yoga, Pilates, breathwork, meditation, and energy healing, I help people return to their bodies gently, without judgement. Every class and session, whether it’s on a mat, in a hammock, or held in stillness, is an invitation to soften, to feel, and to reconnect.
I create ceremonial moments, deep rest, and retreat days that allow you to reset, not to escape life, but to return to yourself. There is no pressure here to be positive, no need to pretend or perform, just space to breathe, to remember, to un-become.
