YOGA JUNKIE CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life changes and sometimes plans need to be adjusted.

The following policy ensures fairness to all clients, instructors, and venues involved in our classes, workshops, and retreats.

1. CLASSES & APPOINTMENTS

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time will receive a class credit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time are non-refundable. At our discretion.

No-shows or late arrivals count as attended and are non-refundable.

If a class or session is cancelled by The Yoga Junkie, you will receive the option of a transfer, credit, or full refund.

2. WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund minus any processing fees.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. If your place is filled by another participant, a credit may be offered at discretion.

If a workshop or event is cancelled by The Yoga Junkie, you will be offered a transfer, credit, or full refund of monies paid.

3. RETREATS (HQ, UK & OVERSEAS)

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date.

More than 60 days before the retreat: the balance (minus deposit) will be refunded.

30–60 days before: 50% of the balance will be refunded.

Less than 30 days before: no refund will be issued.

For overseas retreats, please ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover cancellations, travel disruption, or illness.

4. FORCE MAJEURE

The Yoga Junkie cannot accept liability or provide compensation for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, illness, strikes, pandemics, transport issues, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, reasonable remedies such as transfer or credit may be offered.

5. REFUNDS

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days, minus any non-recoverable processing or merchant fees.

6. EXCEPTIONS

Discretionary credits or transfers may be offered in compassionate circumstances (e.g. bereavement or medical emergency) if notice is provided. These are considered individually and not guaranteed.

7. AGREEMENT

By booking any class, workshop, retreat, or session with The Yoga Junkie, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Cancellation Policy, alongside our full Terms & Conditions and Waiver.
