HEALING THROUGH LIVED EXPERIENCE

This work didn’t start with a certificate. It started with experience that couldn’t be taught. Hard-earned wisdom, carved through life, not textbooks.

I didn’t set out to build a wellness business. I set out to survive.

What began as a way to steady myself during difficult times evolved into something far deeper, a way of life. Over the years, I gathered tools that helped me feel, move, and heal. Movement, stillness, sound, breath… and eventually, truth.

Yoga Junkie is the result of that path. Not a brand, but a body of work. Not a performance, but a practice.

I bring all of me into this space, the teacher, the mother, the grief guide, the coach, the sound healer, the one who has known what it feels like to fall apart… and rebuild slowly, deliberately, and differently.

There are moments in life when the weight gets too much, when the noise, the pressure, the pretending all become too heavy to carry. In those moments, we don’t need fixing. We need somewhere to land. Somewhere to feel again.

This space was created for exactly that. A quiet, steady place where you can come back to yourself, gently and without performance.

Here, you're not asked to push through or hold it all together. Instead, you're invited to soften, to breathe, to rest. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, in the stillness, in the stretch, and in the sound that reaches far beyond words.

I speak to the nervous system, not the ego. Through sound journeys, I guide you inward, beyond the thinking mind, to the deeper places we rarely access in everyday life. I walk beside those carrying grief, both the visible and the invisible, with compassion and reverence. I support women through menopause with movement, nourishment, and a recalibrated mindset. And I create sacred pauses, ceremonies, retreats, and rest spaces that offer a reset, not to escape life, but to return to yourself.

OUR MISSION:

ACCESS FOR ALL

A core part of my work is dedicated to those navigating hardship, whether that’s grief and loss, financial difficulty, emotional overwhelm, physical challenges, caring responsibilities, or the often-invisible weight of being in or supporting someone in the care system.

That’s why a significant portion of my offerings are self-funded, quietly gifted to those who need them most. From grief recovery sessions and yoga classes to sound healing and wellness retreats, I reserve spaces for individuals who may not otherwise be able to access this kind of support.

These are not token gestures. They are intentional invitations, rooted in a deep belief that healing, rest, and reconnection should never be out of reach.

Whether you're a young person in care, a single parent carrying too much, a carer who’s forgotten how to care for yourself, or someone simply trying to survive another day, know this: you matter, and there is space for you here.

But in the end, it’s not the certificates or awards that define this work. It’s the lived experience. The quiet resilience. The willingness to meet others in the depth of their own becoming.

This space was never built to impress. It was built to hold. To hold stories, seasons, transitions, and truths. And to remind you that you don’t have to walk through any of it alone.
